Under the Community Charter, council meetings in British Columbia are open to the public except where the legislation allows part of a meeting to be closed. That is provincial law and applies to every municipality; the specifics below belong to the Village and are left blank here rather than guessed at.

Getting something in front of council
Correspondence to council normally goes through the Village Office, which puts it on an agenda. Both addresses below are published by the Village.
